What are the most important things customers need to know to keep everyone safe and happy when using your inflatables and party gear?

The inflatables must remain on a level surface away from rocks, sticks, sharp objects, fences, trees, power lines, and other hazards. The inflatable must be kept at a safe distance from pools, water, fire, and electrical hazards. Ensure the inflatable is kept properly secured and anchored at all times. A responsible adult should supervise the inflatable at all times.

While using the inflatable: It is recommended to remove shoes, jewelry, glasses, and sharp objects before entering. No food, drinks, gum, silly string, confetti, or other objects inside the inflatable. No roughhousing, pushing, wrestling, flipping, or climbing on the walls or netting. No jumping onto or hanging from the entrance, netting, or safety walls.

How do I prepare the setup area for an inflatable?
Please ensure the setup area is clear of all debris, sharp objects, and pet waste before our arrival. The ground should be level and easily accessible. We need enough space around the inflatable for safe operation and anchoring.

What happens if there's unexpected weather during their rental? What should they do?

Stop using the inflatable as soon as unsafe weather approaches. Children must be supervised while exiting. Do not continue using the inflatable until conditions are safe. Never attempt to move, deflate, or disconnect the equipment yourself unless instructed by Jump for Joy Inflatables.

What should I do if the inflatable starts to deflate?

If Something Goes Wrong With the Equipment: First, ensure all participants exit the inflatable safely and calmly. Check the blower tube for any disconnections or obstructions. Make sure the blower itself is still plugged in and running. If you notice unusual noises, loss of air, damage, movement, or any other problem: Stop use immediately. Have everyone exit the inflatable safely. Keep everyone away from the equipment. Do not attempt repairs yourself. Can I move the inflatable once it's set up?
No, once the inflatable is set up and anchored by our team, it should not be moved. Moving the inflatable can compromise its stability and safety. If you need to discuss placement, please do so with our team upon delivery.
